The example PeriProducer applications listed in this appendix exist in the installation
directory of the PERIctitk package. For 2000 platforms, prefix the directories
listed with C:\Program Files\Nortel\PERIctitk .

1. CTI init; read config file for agent DN and this device; get cti resource
