This interface cable is used for an ATM155 connection. The boundary with the
network is the router's connector. The maximum transmission distance between
devices using a ATM155 connection is 15 km if you are using an optical fiber cable
which has the following specifications:
Core/Clad: 50.0/125 µm
Wavelength: 1300 nm
Figure 3-16 below shows the diagram of the ATM155 single-mode optical fiber cable.
Type 1: Direct Connection Between Devices (DSU, ONU)
Note:
the GR2000-B to the devices of other manufacturers.
Type 2: Direct Connection Between the Devices if Using Other than Type 1 Cable
