Separate instructions for installing the foam marker kit are denoted in each step of the Setup, where specific
procedures are different from 1 machine to another. Please look for the heading describing instructions specific
to the machine that you are working with before proceeding with each step of the Setup.
Note:
This foam marker kit requires a mounting bracket specifically designed for your machine. Before
installing this kit, contact an authorized Toro distributor to obtain the Foam Marker Finishing Kit for your machine.

Preparing the Machine

Procedure
CAUTION
Chemicals are hazardous and can cause
personal injury.
• Read the directions on the chemical labels
before handling the chemicals and follow
all manufacturer recommendations and
precautions.
• Keep chemicals away from your skin.
Should contact occur, wash the affected
area thoroughly with soap and clean water.
• Wear goggles and any other protective
equipment recommended by the chemical
manufacturer.

Park the machine on a level surface, engage the
parking brake, and shut off the sprayer pump.

Install the foam control valve.

Install the foam marker finishing kit and

Route the foam tubes.

Install the foam nozzles.

Connect the boom section tubes.

Lower the outer booms.

Shut off the engine and remove the key.
4.
Clean the sprayer; refer to Cleaning the Sprayer
in the machine Operator's Manual.

Preparing the Tubing

Parts needed for this procedure:

Foam tubing assembly (bulk)
Procedure
1.
Measure the length of tubing from the bulk loop
and cut it according to the tables that follow.
Note:
Set aside the remaining tubing.
2.
At each end of the cut tubing lengths, remove 7
to 10 cm (3 to 4 inches) of the black sheath to
expose the blue and clear tubing.
Note:
For Multi Pro 5000 Series machines, use
only a section of clear tube for the compressor
to tank loop.
