3. Ensure the mounting area is clean and dry to ensure proper adhesion with the adhesive on the aluminum

straps.

4. Peel the backing off of the adhesive strips and place the bracket on the center line of the machine in the

location where the cover and plate were previously removed.

NOTE:

Mount the bracket so that the latch faces the door/walkway side of the machine cab to allow easy

access to secure or remove the RS1 unit.

5. Select a location to mount the round adhesive plate for the Laird cellular antenna. The cellular antenna should

be as far away from the RS1 as possible within reach of the cellular antenna cable..
