CHAPTER 5
In order to let the system board to work efficiently, a series of drivers have to installed according to
the operating system used. The drivers are distributed by CD-ROM or by Floppy diskette. For
CD-ROM version, users have to go through the README.TXT file on the CD-ROM root
directory before installation.
For floppy diskette version, please refer to the following section:
5.1
PCI IDE DRIVER INSTALLATION
Please refer to the README.TXT file in PCI IDE Driver Diskette for detail installation
procedures to be used in various kind of operating system (DOS, Netware, Windows 95,
Windows 3.1, Windows NT, OS/2).

PCI VGA DRIVER INSTALLATION
5.2.1 INSTALLATION OF WINDOWS 95 VGA DRIVER
a)
Under Windows 95, insert the ATI 3D RAGE II PCI VGA Driver Windows 95
into a floppy drive.
b)
Click Start on the taskbar in Windows 95.
