4.16 Maintenance
Use the Maintenance menu items to display and configure basic configurations of the Managed Switch. Under maintenance, the
following topics are provided to back up, upgrade, save and restore the configuration. This section has the following items:
■ Save Configuration
■ Factory Default
■ Reboot Switch
■ Backup Manager
■ Upgrade Manager
■ Dual Image
4.16.1 Save Configuration
In the Managed Switch, the running configuration file stores in the RAM. In the current version, the running configuration
sequence of running-config can be saved from the RAM to FLASH by "Save Configurations to FLASH" function, so that the
running configuration sequence becomes the startup configuration file, which is called configuration save.
To save all applied changes and set the current configuration as a startup configuration. The startup-configuration file will be
loaded automatically across a system reboot.
1. Click "Save" and enter "Configuration Manager" page.
Save Running-config from the RAM to FLASH
You can reset the configuration of the switch on this page.
You can restart the switch on this page. After restart, the switch will boot
normally.
You can back up the switch configuration.
You can upgrade the switch configuration.
