5. Remove the rod (G) from the
pin/gasket assembly (I).

Cleaning and Disinfecting of Components

All the disassembled components (stirrer blade, stirrer, gasket, tank and drain tap
elements) must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected.
Proceed the following way:
– fill the bowl (tank) with warm water of approx. 50°C and add a dash of
dish-washing agent;
– use the prepared cleaning solution to clean the disassembled
components;
– rinse components with fresh water;
– to disinfect the cleaned components use a food-grade, chlorine-based
agent with maximum concentration of 0.02%;
– to disinfect, submerge the cleaned and rinsed components in this
solution and leave them in the solution for approximately 30 minutes;
– rinse in fresh water;
– clean the tank lid (section 6.2.10);
– place the components on clean surface and dry them thoroughly.

6. Remove the pin (L) from the gasket

7. Clean the internal components of the
drain tap thoroughly.
