self-resetting thermal protector,
the instructions for devices with
a non-self-resetting thermal
protector, which are reset by
unplugging, should include the

about drying
DANGER!
• Laundry that has been previously
washed, cleaned, soiled or stained
with petrol/gas, dry
cleaning agents or other
flammable/combustible
substances should not be dried in
the machine as they emit
flammable/flammable vapours.
This can lead to fire.
• Laundry soiled with vegetable
oil, alcohol, gasoline, diesel oil,
stain remover, turpentine, wax
or wax remover should be
washed with hot water and a
large amount of detergent
before drying. This can lead to
fire.

DANGER!
• Rubber (latex) foam, shower capsules,
waterproof fabrics, clothing and
rubber-reinforced/rubber-foam pads
should not be dried with the drying
function. This can lead to fire.
• If you use washing balls, measuring
spoons or a washing cage in your
machine, these products may melt
during the drying process. If you are
going to select the drying function, do
not use these products. This can lead
to fire.
• If you use industrial chemicals
for cleaning, do not use the
drying function. This can lead to
fire.

• Do not touch the glass of the loading
door with bare hands after drying.
There is the risk of burns.
• There is one last step, which is
cooling, to keep the laundry at
a certain temperature to
ensure that it is not damaged.
You may be exposed to hot
steam if you open the door
before cooling is complete.
There is the risk of
scorching.
• If the drying programs
are interrupted (by
program cancellation or
power failure), the laundry in the
machine may be hot. Be careful.
