• If the Bluetooth connection is enabled on
your product, you can select the function of
the remote control. if
the remote control function cannot be
selected, check the connection status.
If the connection fails, repeat the initial
settings on the device.
• For safety reasons, the door of the product
remains locked while the remote control
function is enabled, regardless of the

If you want to control your washing machine
remotely, activate the Remote Control function
by pressing the Remote Control button while
the program knob is in the Program Download/
Remote Control position on the control panel.

turn off and monitor the status of the washing
machine. All functions, except the child lock,
can be managed via the application.
You can check the function indicator on the
button to see if the remote control is on or off.
When the remote control function is disabled, all
operations on the washing machine are handled
and only status tracking on the application is
allowed. If the remote control function cannot be
enabled, you will hear a warning after pressing
the button. This can happen if the product is
turned on or if there is no product paired via
Bluetooth. The Bluetooth setting turned off or
the washing machine door open are examples of
such cases.

When you enable this feature on the
washing machine, this feature remains
enabled, except in certain cases, allowing
you to control your washing machine
remotely via Bluetooth.
In certain cases, it disables itself for
security reasons:
• When your washing machine
has a power failure.
• When the program knob is turned to select
another program or when the product is
turned off.
5.21.4 Troubleshooting
Follow the steps below if you are having
problems with control or connection.
Note whether the problem persists or not
after the action you performed. If the
problem is not resolved, do the following.
• Check if your smart device is connected to the
relevant home network.
• Restart the product application.
• Turn Bluetooth off and on
through the user panel.
• If the connection cannot be established
with the above processes, please repeat
the initial settings on the washing
machine.
If the problem persists, consult
an authorized service representative.
