6.5 Clean remaining water
w and the pump filter
The filter system in your machine prevents
pieces such as buttons, coins and fabric
fibers from clogging the pump impeller
while pumping out the water. This way the
water will drain without any problems and
the life of the pump will be extended. If the
machine cannot pump out the water, the
pump filter is clogged.
The filter should be cleaned if it is clogged
or at least every 3 months. The water
must first be pumped out to clean the
pump filter.
In addition, before the machine is
transported (eg if you move house) and in
case of freezing of the water, the water
must be completely pumped out.
a
PAY ATTENTION!
• Foreign material left in the pump filter
can damage your product or cause
strange noises.
• When the product is not in use, close the
tap, remove the water supply hose and
drain the water from the machine to
prevent it from freezing.
• After each use, close the water tap to which
the water hose is connected.
