7 Troubleshooting

The programs do not start after the loading door is
closed.
• You did not press the Start/Pause/Cancel button.>>>
* Press the Start/Pause/Cancel button.
• If the load is too large, it may be difficult to close the loading
door.>>> *Load less laundry and make sure the loading door
is closed properly.
Program cannot be started or selected.
• The machine may have put itself into self-protection
mode due to a supply problem (mains voltage,
water pressure, etc.). >>> To cancel the programme,
turn the program selector knob to another
programme. The previous program is canceled (see
"Cancellation of program").
There is water in the machine.
• Some water may remain in the product as a result of the
quality control processes performed during production.
>>> This is not a malfunction, water will not harm the
machine.
Water is leaking from the bottom of the machine.
• There may be a problem with the hoses or the pump
filter. >>> Make sure the seals of the water inlet hoses
are tight. Connect the hose securely to the faucet.
• The pump filter may not be closed properly. >>> Make sure that the
pump filter is closed properly.
The machine does not absorb water.
• The tap may be closed. >>> Open the taps.
• The water inlet hose may be kinked >>> Remove kinks from
the hose.
• Water inlet filter may be clogged. >>> Clean the filter.
• The loading door may be closed. >>> Close the loading door.
Machine does not drain the water.
• The water drain hose may be clogged or twisted. >>>
Clean the hose or remove the pleats.
• The pump filter may be clogged. >>> Clean the pump
filter.
Machine vibrates or makes noise.
• The machine is not balanced. >>> Adjust the adjustable
feet.
• Something hard may have gotten into the pump filter.
>>> Clean the pump filter.
• The transport safety bolts must not be removed.
> > > Remove the transport safety bolts.
• There is too little laundry. >>> Increase the amount of
laundry in the machine.
• The machine may be overloaded with laundry. >>>
Remove some of the laundry or distribute the laundry by
hand to distribute it evenly in the machine.
• The machine may be in contact with a hard surface. >>> Make sure
that the machine does not come into contact with anything.

The machine stopped shortly after the
program started.
• The machine may have stopped temporarily due to the low voltage.
> > > Operation will resume as soon as the voltage
returns to a normal level.
Machine immediately drains the added water.
• The drain hose may be at an unsuitable height.
> > > Connect the water drain hose as described in
the user manual.
No water is visible in the machine during
washing.
• The water level is not visible outside the machine. This is not a
defect.
Loading door cannot be opened.
• Door lock may be engaged due to the water level
in the machine. >>> Drain the water by running
the Pump or Spin program.
• The machine can heat the water or at the spin step.>>>
Wait for the program to finish.
• The loading door may be blocked by the pressure to
which it is subjected. >>> Hold the handle, push and pull
the loading door to release it and open the door.
• The loading door will not open when there is no power. >>> To
open the loading door, open the filter cover of the pump and
pull down the emergency handle on the back of this cover.

Washing takes longer than indicated in
the user manual.(*)
• The water pressure may be low. >>> As the amount of water
has decreased, the machine will wait until enough water is
needed to avoid poor washing quality. Therefore, the
washing time is longer.
• The voltage may be low. >>> When the power supply is
low, the washing time is extended to avoid poor
washing quality.
• The water inlet temperature may be too low. >>> The
time needed to heat up the water is longer in cold
seasons. The washing time can also be extended to
avoid poor washing results.
• The number of rinse cycles and/or the amount of rinse water
may have increased. >>> When a better rinse capacity is
needed, the machine increases the amount of rinse water
and adds a new rinse cycle if necessary.
• Using too much detergent may cause too much
foam and activate the automatic foam
absorption system. >>> Use the recommended
amount of detergent.
