Drying takes too long.
• Machine may be too full. >>>Do not overload the machine.

• The power cable may not be connected >>> Make sure

Laundry shrinks, fades or becomes damaged.

laundry that is not suitable for this purpose.
The machine does not dry.
• It is possible that the laundry is not dried or that the
drying step is not activated. >>> Check if the
drying function is selected after the selected washing program.

Loading door cannot be opened.
• The door of your machine may not open
for safety reasons. >>> If the
door lock is shown on the display after the drying
step, the machine will keep the door locked for
your safety until it has cooled down.
• The loading door will not open when there is no power. >>>
To open the loading door, open the filter cover of the
pump and pull down the emergency handle on the
back of this cover. See "Loading door lock"
(*) The machine does not switch to the
spin phase when the laundry is not
evenly distributed in the drum to avoid
damage to the machine and its
surroundings. Adjust the wash and
spin the wash again.

cleaned regularly. >>> Clean the
