• Return to the HomeWhiz app and wait for
the installation to complete. When the
installation is complete, give your
washing machine a name. You can now
tap the screen to see the product you
have added to the HomeWhiz app.

INFORMATION
• If you cannot successfully complete the
installation within 5 minutes, the washing
machine will turn off automatically. In this
case, you have to start the setting
procedure again. If the problem persists,
contact the authorized service
representative.
• You can use your washing machine with
more than one smart device. To do this,
you must also download the HomeWhiz
app on the other smart device.
After starting the app, you have to log in
to your account that you previously
created and linked to your washing
machine. Otherwise, you should read
"Setting up a washing machine connected
to someone else's account"

WARNING!
• For the HomeWhiz setup, your smart device
must be connected to the internet. Otherwise,
the HomeWhiz App will not allow you to
successfully complete the setup process. If
you are having problems with your internet
connection, please contact your internet
service provider.

to enter the product number printed on
the product label. The product label is
located on the inside of the product
door. the product uct number is on this
label.

5.21.2 Setting up a washing
machine connected to someone
else's account
If the washing machine you want to use has
previously been registered in the system with
someone else's account, you will need to
establish a new connection between the
HomeWhiz App and the product.
• Download the HomeWhiz App on the new
smart device you want to use.
• Create a new account and log in to this
account on the HomeWhiz app.
• Follow the steps in HomeWhiz
Setup (5.21.1 HomeWhiz Setup)
to complete the installation.

WARNING!
• Since your product's HomeWhiz and
Remote Control functions work via
Bluetooth, only one HomeWhizapp
can run the product at a time.
5.21.3 Using the remote
control function
After setting up HomeWhiz, Bluetooth
will be turned on automatically. To
enable or disable the Bluetooth
connection, see 5.11.2 Bluetooth 3".
If you turn your device off and on while
Bluetooth is on, it will reconnect automatically.
If it
paired device goes out of range, the
Bluetooth connection is automatically
turned off. For this reason, you need to turn
Bluetooth back on if you want to use the
remote control function.
You can check the Bluetooth symbol on the
display to track the connection status. When the
symbol is on, it means that the Bluetooth
connection has been established. When the
symbol is established, the product tries to
connect. If the symbol is off, it means that you
are not connected.
