Push one of the failed drive's unlock button and swing the locking mechanism out.

Notes:
• Make sure to pull out only one drive at this moment.
• Do not unplug and remove the hard drives if the status LED blinks red or glows green. If you do, it may
cause data loss or the unit to malfunction.

Pull out the drive cartridge and remove it from the unit.

Remove the drive from the cartridge.
