Press the select button once. The firmware version will be displayed.

If you have configured to "3Gbps", the unit may not work properly.

Connecting the Unit to a Computer
For Windows:

Connecting by eSATA

The eSATA port is disabled by default. Enable eSATA port and configure "eSATA Host Speed" to "3Gbps" before use.
