Allows the user to configure lock screen functions on the web UI. The screen lock password was
also added to provide additional security. Default Disabled.
Note: If 'Manual' selected, the device should be locked manually by pressing and holding # key.
Add new digit password, edit current password and it displays the current screen lock password.
