You can use the switch clock to set up to three
departure times for pre-entry climate control.
Auxiliary warm-air heater switch clock over‐
view
Use the switch clock to configure the following
settings:
Switching immediate heating mode on/off

Setting up to three preselection times
R
Setting the operating duration within a range
R
of 10 to 120 minutes or to continuous opera‐
tion
Adjusting the heating level (preselected tem‐

perature).

Activating the switch clock
The switch clock will switch to standby mode
after ten seconds. The display will go off.
Saved settings will not be lost when the switch
clock switches to standby mode.

Setting the day, time and operating duration
When you switch the auxiliary heating on for the
first time after a malfunction, set the day and
time.

Activate the switch clock.

Press the a button.

The selected day will flash in program column
1.
Press the Û or â button to select the

desired day.
Press the a button.

The selected day will be stored.
The hour value on the clock will flash.
Set the hour and minute value on the clock to

correspond with the day and confirm using
the a button.
The time will be stored. Program column
will not be shown and the operating duration
will flash on display section 3.
The operating duration set is the default setting
for immediate heating mode. You can set the
operating duration within a range of 10 to
1 or
120 minutes or to continuous operation.
Press the Û or â button to set the
