This unit is a IP rated, battery powered, DMX intelligent lighting fixture. The Indy Hex Par has 6 operating modes; sound active mode, show mode, auto run mode or it can be controlled by a DMX controller. The unit can be run as a stand alone unit or in a Master/Slave configuration.

INSTALLATION: The unit should be mounted using a mounting clamp (not provided), affixing it to the mount- ing bracket that is provided with the unit. Always ensure that the unit is firmly fixed to avoid vibration and slipping while operating. Always ensure that the structure to which you are attaching the unit is secure and is able to support a weight of 10 times the unit’s weight.

Never soak/drop the batteries in liquids such as water, seawater, drinks such as soft drinks, juices, coffee or other. 3.6 Battery Replacement For battery replacement please contact Eliminator Lighting. 3.7 Do Not use a damaged Battery The battery could be damaged during shipping, caused by shock. Should the battery be found dam- aged, including damages to the plastic casing of the battery, deformation of the battery package, smelling of an electrolyte, or leakage of the electrolyte gel, or other, DO NOT use the battery.

You can chain multiple fixtures together through serial linking. Using the IP rated signal cables provided through Eliminator Lighting. Always be sure to daisy-chain your in and out data connections, never split or “Y” your DMX connections unless you are using an approved DMX splitter.

Operating through a DMX controller gives the user the freedom to create their own programs tailored to their own individual needs. This function also allows you to use your fixtures as spot lights. The Indy Hex Par has 4 DMX modes: 6 Channel mode, 7 Channel mode, 8 Channel mode, and 11 Channel mode. See pages 21-28 for each mode’s DMX traits.

Auto Run Mode: In this mode the Indy Hex Par will run a auto program. 1. Plug the fixture in and press the MODE button until “AUTO RUN FAD+SNAP” is displayed. 2. Press the SET UP button and “SPEED:XX” will be displayed. Use the UP and DOWN buttons to adjust the speed of the Auto Run.

Battery Load: This is used to turn PCB On when the battery is being used. 1. Press the MODE button until “BATT LEV” is displayed. 2. Press the SET UP button until “BATT LEV LOAD:XX” is displayed. “XX” represents either “ON” or “OFF”. 3.

MASTER-SLAVE CONFIGURATION: This function will allows you to link units together to run in a Master-Slave setup. In a Master-Slave set up one unit will act as the controlling unit and the others will react to the controlling units built-in programs. Any unit can act as a Master or as a Slave however, only one unit can be programmed to act as the “Master.”...
The Indy Hex RF remote (sold seperately) has many different functions and allows you to control your Indy Hex Par from long distance. The Indy Hex RF remote can control your system up to 150 ft. To use the remote you must first acti- vate the fixtures receiver, to activate the receiver please see the instructions on page 7.

1 year limited warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Serial number, place of purchase with dated valid receipt must be submitted at time of service. Eliminator Lighting warranty does not cover items or parts prone to wear and tear: motors, fuses, brushes and belts. Eliminator Lighting warranty is only valid with-in the United States.
