Intended use
This product is intended for drilling in wood, and similar materials, e.g. MDF,
plywood etc, plastic and metal as well as for impact drilling in masonry. It should
not be used for screw driving and working on materials that are dangerous to
health.
For safety reasons it is essential to read the entire instruction manual before first
operation and to observe all the instructions therein.
Auxiliary handle
WARNING! Always switch the product off and disconnect it from
power supply before making any adjustments!
Adjust the auxiliary handle (14) according to the
desired application. It improves control when using
the product.
> Turn the hand grip (14a) anticlockwise to loosen
the clamp.
> Adjust the auxiliary handle (14) to the desired
working position so that you can hold the product
safely during operation.Make sure a notch of the
auxiliary handle (14) is engaged with the tooth on
the collar (4).
> Turn the hand grip (14a) clockwise to tighten the
clamp (Fig. 5).
WARNING! Never operate the product without the auxiliary handle to
avoid accidents and injury! Always ensure that the auxiliary handle is
attached and secured correctly before operation! The auxiliary handle
provides better control of the product in case of sudden jams during
use when considerable forces are released!
