- Excessive EMI/RFI noise

51 Mute Timing (Simultaneity) Error
- The second mute device of a pair (M1-M2 or
M3-M4) did not actuate within 3-seconds of
the first device.
- Check muting device operation
- Check wiring
52 Mute Enable Open Error
- ME input was open when a mute cycle was
attempted
- Check Mute Enable wiring
- Check DIP switch settings
61 USSI Input Error**
- One or both channels shorted to power or
