The useful tips for the email service are shown below:

Procedure
Highlight To, Cc or Bcc field, press the SK2 (Submenu) key and
select Search contacts.
Search and select the addressee's email address.
The selected email address is input in the highlighted field.
Press the SK2 (Submenu) key and select Preview message.
Press the SK2 (Submenu) key and select Save. The email is
saved in Draft.
Press the SK2 (Submenu) key and select Paste header or
Paste footer.
Press the SK2 (Submenu) key and select Delete.
Press the SK2 (Submenu) key and select Set priority.
Select from Low, Normal, and High.
Highlight To, Cc, or Bcc field, press the SK2 (Submenu) key and
select Add addressee. Select From contacts to select an email
address from the contact list, or Enter direct to directly enter the
address in the To, Cc, or Bcc field. Repeat to add more
addresses. Selecting the submenu Delete addressee deletes
the highlighted address field.
Note : If the email addresses do not contain an @ symbol, the
email may not be delivered to the destinations.
Open the Email Outbox. Press the SK2 (Submenu) key and
select Send pending Email.
Press the SK2 (Submenu) key and select Attach video, Attach
image, Attach audio, Attach ringtune, or Attach other file.
