Procedure
Press the SK2 (Submenu) key and select Filters. The
filters provided for Inbox are as follows: Show all, Unread
only, Read only, Protect only, Text Msg only,
Multimedia Msg only, Notification only, Attachment
only, and Report only.
Press the SK2 (Submenu) key and select Show new/old.
If the messages are currently displayed from the latest,
selecting this menu will display the messages from the
oldest.
Select the message, press the SK2 (Submenu) key and
select Protect/Unprotect. The protected message will not
be deleted. Select the same submenu again to cancel the
protection. Confirmation of 'protected' messages will be
seen as a key symbol in the particular message option
menu (whether Inbox or Sent Items).
Select the message, press the SK2 (Submenu) key and
select Details. Detailed message is displayed.
Select the message, press the Enter key to display the
message. The phone number will be displayed in reverse
highlight. (If there is more than one phone number, move
the highlight with the Up and Down keys.) Press the Enter
key. The phone number is input automatically.
