Procedure
Select Draft Email from the email menu list. Select the saved
email and press the Enter key. Edit Message will be displayed.
Select Email Outbox from the email menu list. Select the email
and press the Enter key to display the email. Press the SK2
(Submenu) key and select Edit/Send.
You can reply to an email with quotes from the original email.
Select the email and press the Enter key to display the message
text. Press the SK2 (Submenu) key and select Quoted reply.
The original email with quoted reply mark is inserted in the
Message.
You can reply to an email with multiple addressees.
Select the email and press the Enter key to display the message
text.
Note : Only a total of 10 email addresses can be displayed on the
message text screen, however the hidden email
addresses can still be replied to.
Press the SK2 (Submenu) key, move the highlight to Reply or
Quoted reply, and press the SK1 (To All) key. The email edit
screen will be displayed with the addressees in To and Cc fields.
A maximum of 30 addresses each can be set in To and Cc fields,
and 5 in Bcc field, with the following conditions:
If there are more than 30 addresses for To and Cc fields,
the first 30 addressees set in each field of the original
email will be selected.
When there are less than 10 addressees in To or Cc field,
you can add addressees by Add addressee submenu. In
this case, maximum of 10 addressees each can be set for
the To or Cc field.
