Useful tips for making a video call are shown below:

Procedure
1 Press the SK2 (Contact), Up, or Down key.
Note : Pressing the Down key, you can scroll the contact list
in the alphabetical order.
2 Search and select the addressee's phone number/email
address.
3 Press the SK1 (Video) key to dial the phone number/
email address.
If for some reason you miss a call, it will be indicated as a
missed call by an icon on the standby screen (a missed video
call will be indicated by a different icon). When you display
Calls Received, or turn the power off, the icon disappears.
1 Press the Left key to display Calls Received.
2 Search and select the addressee's phone number/email
address.
3 Press the SK1 (Video) key to dial the phone number/
email address.
1 Press the Right key to display Calls Made.
2 Select the phone number/email address.
3 Press the SK1 (Video) key to dial the phone number.
During a video call, press the SK2 (Submenu) key and
select Add to Contacts.
