Bluetooth™

(press the "Menu" key
Bluetooth allows you to display the paired device list and your handset's address, set the connected device
group and unused timer and turn the automatic device entry function on/off.

Paired Device List
select "Settings" icon
Description
Displays the list of registered Bluetooth supporting devices, edits
the device name, deletes a registered device and sets data
protection against automatic device entry. A maximum of 10
devices are registered in this list.
To display the detailed information (Bluetooth profile):
1
Move the highlight to the device name on Paired Devices.

Press the Enter key.
Details will be displayed with the Bluetooth profile
information.
To edit the device name:
1
Move the highlight to the device name on Paired Devices.
2
Press the SK1 (Edit) key.
Device Name Edit will be displayed. Edit the device name.
Note : Refer to External Connect on page 60 for details on
Bluetooth profiles.
If another device is registered when 10 devices already exist, an
existing device data will be deleted.
To avoid a device connection from being deleted by the
automatic function, protect the device data by the following
procedures:

Select the device and display the detail information.

Select the protection setting and press the Enter key.
3
Select the setting from Protection and Unprotect, and press
the Enter key or SK1 (Select) key.
Note : A maximum of 7 devices can be protected.
Note : When a new device with the same Bluetooth device
address as a protected device is detected, a message is
displayed so that you can choose whether to overwrite the
data or not.
