Cleaning
25. Use the shutter knob to close the
shutter (I).
26. Clean the maintenance area (I).
Use a lint free cloth, either dry or
damp.
27. Carefully push the handler as far to
the right as possible (I).
28. Disconnect the cable from the ESD
bonding point (II).
29. Close the maintenance door (I).
