3-9-5. Input of Thermal Head Information and Reset of Total Print Count

1. Type the serial number of thermal head written down when replacing the thermal head in the edit box
of "Head Serial No." of the Setup tab, and then click the [SET] button.
2. Click the [RESET] button of "Head Prints".
The total print count of thermal head is reset.
3. Click the [OPEN] button of "Printer Information" of the Information tab.
The Printer Information screen is displayed.
4. Check the following.
. "Head Serial No." is correct. (It should be the serial number after replacement.)
. The value of "Head Resistance" is the same as the value entered during the density adjustment. (It
should be the resistance value after replacement.)
. The value of "Head" in "Total Prints" is "0".
