10.1.2 No Communication with the Drive
If there is no communication with the drive, proceed with
the following checks:
Check 1: Is the cabling correct?
Check that the cable is mounted correctly. Check if the
corresponding Network LED shows link activity. NS1 or NS2
Check 2: Does the hardware config match?
Check that the Hardware config match the value in
EN-08 Host Name
Check 3: Is the correct GSD file installed?
Download the correct GSD file from
www.geelectrical.com/drives.
