Uninstalling the Printer Driver

B To uninstall the Printer Driver, you must log on to Windows with an account that has rights to change system
settings (such as an administrator).

Start the Uninstaller.
For Windows 7:
Click [Start] - [All Programs] - [RISO] - [(Your printer model, XX Series)] - [Uninstaller] in this order.
For Windows 8.1:
Open the "Apps" screen and click [Uninstaller] in the [RISO (Your printer model, XX Series)] group.
For Windows 10:
Click [Start] - [RISO (Your printer model, XX Series)] - [Uninstaller] in this order.
For Windows 11:
Click on the [Start] icon - [All Apps] - [RISO (Your printer model, XX Series)] - [Uninstaller] in this order.

Select your language from the drop-down list, then click [OK].

Click [Next].

Select the printer for which the Printer Driver needs to be uninstalled and click [Next].

Click [Uninstall].
If you select [Uninstall also User's Guide (PDF)], the User's Guide (PDF) will also be uninstalled.
