FPGA automatic upgrade.

Installation of E3R5 and higher version will generate an automatic FPGA upgrade if the detected
version is not the proper one.
After installing the software version, the RTR is restarted.
At the first RTR start, if the FPGA version detected is not the good one, an automatic upgrade occurs
which will last a few minutes and will require a complete shutdown of the RTR once done.
Please follow instructions on RTR display.
Then the FPGA version should be as following (or higher) :
