Start the cleaning

Cleaning must be carried out immediately, no later than 30
minutes after the end of the treatment.
To easily disconnect the handpiece from the body, rotate
the handpiece slightly while pulling in the axis.

CLEANING AND STERILIZING

Unclogging / Cleaning the handpiece using the Easy Clean

Clean the handpiece with the Easy Clean supplied with the unit
before reprocessing.
Rinse through central lumina in the normal direction of
flow (no back rinsing) using a 2 ml disposable syringe filled with
drink water applied to the purge adaptor. Ideally use distilled or
deionized water is used for all rinsing steps.
Blow compressed air inside the handpiece to dry it.
Clean the handpiece before sterilizing. (see the "Reprocessing
instructions" section below).
If the handpiece is clogged a light pressure shall be applied.
The water passing through the handpiece will dissolve completely
the remaining powder inside the lumina and ensure an optimal
function.

Cleaning and disinfecting the body and body cord

Clean the surface of the body and body cord using a cleaning
wipe with proven efficacy (Enzol 2%).
Disinfect the surface of the body and body cord using 70% iso-
propyl alcohol or other EPA recognized surface disinfectant,
following carefully the instructions provided by the disinfection
solution manufacturer.
The use of scouring powder or an abrasive sponge will da-
mage its surface.
Do not submerge the body in a cleaning solution bath. It
would be likely to be damaged.
Make sure the handpiece connection of the cord is dry.
Do not sterilize the body and cord. It would be likely to be
damaged.

Le nettoyage doit être effectué immédiatement, au plus
tard 30 minutes après la fin du traitement.
Pour faciliter la déconnexion de la pièce à main du corps,
effectuer une légère rotation de la pièce à main tout en tirant
dans l'axe.
NETTOYAGE ET STÉRILISATION
Débouchage / Nettoyage de la pièce à main avec
l'utilisation de l'Easy Clean
Nettoyer la pièce à main à l'aide de l'EasyClean fourni avec votre
appareil avant de la stériliser.
Rincer par le conduit central dans le sens normal du flux (pas
de rinçage en sens inverse) en utilisant une seringue jetable de 2 ml
remplie d'eau potable appliquée à l'adaptateur de purge. Idéalement
utiliser de l'eau distillée ou déionisée pour toutes les étapes de rinçage.
Passer la soufflette à l'intérieur de la pièce à main pour la
faire sécher.
Effectuer un nettoyage de la pièce à main avant stérilisation, lire
le chapitre : "Instructions de retraitement" plus bas dans ce manuel.
Si la pièce à main est bouchée appliquer une faible pression
sur la seringue. L'eau en traversant la pièce à main va dissoudre en
totalité les restes de poudre à l'intérieur du conduit et assurer une
fonction optimale.
Nettoyage et désinfection de l'appareil et du cordon de
l'appareil
Nettoyer la surface de l'appareil et du cordon de l'appareil en
utilisant une lingette dont l'efficacité est prouvée (Enzol 2%).
Désinfecter la surface de l'appareil et du cordon de l'appareil
en utilisant; de l'alcool isopropyl à 70% ou un autre désinfec-
tant reconnu par l'EPA, en suivant attentivement les instructions
données par le fabricant de la solution de désinfection.
L'utilisation de poudre abrasive ou d'une éponge abrasive
risque d'endommager la surface.
Ne pas immerger l'appareil dans une solution de nettoyage.
Ceci endommagerait le matériel.
Vérifier bien que la connexion du cordon soit bien sèche.
Ne pas stériliser le corps et le cordon. Ils pourraient être
endommagé.
