This is used to rewrite configuration information using a user
program. If the constant "55AA" is written to the unit memory UM

00028 after transferring a desired parameter to a unit memory,
the settings will be updated. The value of unit memory UM 00028
will be set to "0" when the configuration information is refreshed.
