Data cloning between transceivers

• Data cloning
The IC-78's data (Entered frequencies, channel names, both the Quick and Initial Set mode values, and so on.)
can be copied to another IC-78. This function is useful when exactly the same settings of the IC-78s are required.
• Cloning operation
q Turn power OFF.
w Connects a mini-plug cable between two IC-78's
(Master and Sub) [REMOTE] jack.
to [REMOTE]
e While holding down [TXF] and [FC], turn the Mas-
ter IC-78 power ON.
r While pushing [SET] and [FC], turn the Sub IC-78
power ON.
