6.7.1 Document Management
Files are arranged according to certain sorting rules. Documents support forward and reverse
sorting by name and date. If the sorting mode of reverse order is adopted, the folders shall be
arranged after the files, as folders and files are sorted separately.
(1) Name sorting rule: Arrange in alphabetical order.
(2) Date sorting rule: The rule for sorting files by date: sorting according to the time of file
modification, and sorting by the creation time of file when the file has not been modified.
(3) Sorting by time is the sorting mode by default of file manager. Time is reverse sorting by
default, and name is sequential sorting.
6.7.2 File View
(1) Local storage is displayed by default when the file manager is opened. When a USB flash
disk is inserted, click USB flash disk icon on the left to view the files on the flash disk storage.
(2) Text Display:
a. File icon: The file types that can be viewed by conference products need to be prompted
by icons, and different types of files need to be distinguished by icons. For those files
that do not support the format, there is need to adopt a uniform default icon.
b. Display file name: The displayed file name and the number of characters displayed in the
file name are determined by the system. When the file name is too long and cannot be
displayed completely, there is need for truncations and represented by ...

In the file manager, you can switch the display mode of files (folders), and support two
display modes, i.e. thumbnail and list. Thumbnail mode is determined by default;

videos, and pictures.
(3) Folder display

(4) File viewing mode:
The mode of opening files by file manager is provided by the system. If the system contains
multiple software programs that can open such file, users can select the mode of opening
files.
6.7.3 File (folder) Copy
Users can copy files (folders) to other directories or USB flash drives, or copy files (folders) from
USB flash drives to local storage directories
(1) After copying a file or folder, the user can select to paste into the directory as needed, and
then the copying of file/folder is completed. If a file/folder with the same file name already
exists in the directory to be pasted, there is need to create a copy file or a file with a different
name.
