While immersing in the enzymatic
solution, gently brush all surfaces to
remove any visible dirt.
Use a clean, soft nylon bristle brush for
external surfaces, a clean, soft nylon
bristle pipe cleaner for internal cavities
and crevices.
NOTE: carefully brush all of the
following parts of the torque wrench for
about 20 seconds:
• through holes and internal
channels;
• Difficult to clean areas such as
sharp edges and in particular the
interstices between the cutting
cusps;
• external metal ring;
• internal cavities, grooves and
crevices.
Remove the torque wrench from the
enzymatic detergent solution.
thoroughly rinse and brush all surfaces
of the torque wrench (see previous
point) under running water for at least 10
minutes;
Place the torque wrench in the ultrasonic
tank, submerged in the enzymatic
detergent solution at 24 ° c ± 2 ° c and
run a cycle of at least 20 minutes;
