Insert a round rubber ring (silicone rubber) into

the PoE IN jack and PoE OUT jack each.

Insert the network cable into the waterproof cap,
rubber bushing, and waterproof cap body in order.

Plug in the network cable.

Connect the plug terminal to the PoE IN jack and

them.
