Place the insert tip inside the MECTRON
torque wrench as illustrated in the figure.
Firmly grip the body of the handpiece;
CAUTION: Do not grab the
handpiece by the terminal and/or by
the cord. Firmly hold the body of the
handpiece and rotate only the torque
wrench. Do not rotate the body during
tightening.
Turn the wrench clockwise until it
engages the clutch (the outer body of the
wrench rotates with respect to the body
of the handpiece producing mechanical
sounds).
The insert tip is now optimally locked;
Select the power level required according
to the indications provided by the
manufacturer of the dentist's unit.
If treatment with irrigation is required,
enable the Water function, as described
in the indications provided by the
manufacturer of the dentist's unit.
If treatment without irrigation is required,
disable the Water function.
Activate the compact piezo P2K
function and adjust the water flow by
using the proper commands described
into the instructions provided by the
manufacturer of the dentist's unit.
