Maintenance 8. Maintenance Parts Replacement Procedures
MDB (1) Turn OFF the Controller.
Removal
(2) Disconnect the power plug.
(3) Remove the Top Panel. (Mounting screw ×6)
(4) Remove the output cables of each axis of the MDB.
NOTE

(5) Remove the MDB clamp 1.
(6) Remove the MDB clamp 2.
(7) Pull out the MDBs in the direction shown in the

(8) Remove the MDB clamp 3.

Before removing the cables, check positions of the
boards and the cables. Install them to the same
positions after the replacement.
