Note:
1.
After completion of the countdown of the set time, ten beeps are emitted.
2.
When setting the reminder function, you can cancel this by pressing button (2).
To cancel the set reminder time, press button (2) twice.

Child lock function

To activate the child lock, press the button (2) for 3 seconds.

Meat probe
1.
Once the baking probe has been connected and stuck in the food, the baking probe icon will light
up on the display

The display shows the temperature setting of the baking probe instead of the clock.

Use the slider (6) and the PLUS and MINUS buttons to set the temperature.

Press the function selection button (5) to select the desired cooking function.

If necessary, reset the temperature using the slider (6) or the PLUS and MINUS buttons.
Steam
When the oven is in standby mode, press the Steam button (5) to set the mode.
Steam can also be manually added during cooking.
When the oven is in standby mode, press the Steam button, set the steam mode, and add steam for
cooking, the default steam setting is at level 1.
If the oven is open during steam operation, baking, incl. the steam stops automatically. After closing the
door, it is necessary to start it again with the Start / Pause button (9)
Notice
The steam has 3 levels, the amount of steam can be increased by setting a higher level. Press the Steam
button (5) once to set level 1. Press the Steam button (5) twice to set level 2 and three times to set level 3.
Whichever level is selected, the icon on the right side of the display will indicate the level (L01, L02, L03). By
pressing the button four times, adding steam will be cancelled and the steam icon and level setting will be
turned off.
Steam cooking
During steam cooking, hot steam surrounds the food. As a result, the food does not loose important nutrients
and vitamins and preserves its typical properties.
Steam cooking ensures better results:
6. Food will have a crispier crust.
7. It will be juicier on the inside and better cooked through.
8. It won't lose as much volume.
Water tank
1. Press down the Water tank (10) and take it out, remove the sealing and fill the water tank with water.
2. Press down the Water tank (10), partially take it out, remove the sealing and then add water.
Cleaning the water tank
1. Press down the Water tank (10) and take it out.
2. Remove the top cover of the water tank and clean it.
3. Put the cover and sealing back on and press the 2 blue dots. Put it back on.
