Details on output signals

This section describes the details on the output signals for the I/O module with diagnostic functions that are assigned to the
CPU module.
This section describes the I/O numbers (X/Y) when 0 is set as the start I/O number of the I/O module with diagnostic
functions.

Turn on and off this signal to clear Error flag (X10). For the timing to turn on and off this signal, refer to the following.
