OVERVIEW
The I/O module with diagnostic functions has SIL2 mode. When the customer builds safety applications up to IEC 61508:
2010 SIL2 or IEC 61511: 2015 SIL2, the I/O module with diagnostic functions set to SIL2 mode can be used.
The I/O module with diagnostic functions set to SIL2 mode can be used to build safety functions for general industrial
machinery.
