JP10: Power Lost Resume
This jumper allows you to use the switch of ATX power
supply to control on/off switch directly instead of using the
power switch on the mainboard.
This feature must work with BIOS. Please refer to the
" Power On After PWR-Fail "section on page 29 for
description.
