SELECT operation on PPV
If the user has to write a value to such a
writable data attribute, then the following
steps needs to be execute in RX3i controller
logic:
1.
Step1: Write value to be written to device
in the PPV with extension (†.SELECTVal).

Step2: Provide a transition from "0" to "1"
in the PPV with extension (†.SELECTCmd)
to trigger the transfer of written value to
the IED.

Step3: Check the PPV with extension
