Replacing the gasket

1) Remove the 4 hexagon socket head bolts (M6 × 95) (8 pieces in total on the left and right sides)
of the pump head cover.
2) Remove two black gaskets in the pump head cover and replace it with new ones.
∗ Make sure that he gasket is put in the gasket groove of the pump head cover.
3) Tighten the hexagon socket head screws (M6 × 95) for fixing the pump head cover at 50 Nm in
a diagonal form.

∗ For replacing other consumables, do no close the cover but refer to the item of replacing
process for each portion.
Replacing the O-ring P-10

1) Remove the pump head cover and the coupling pipe according to the same procedure as
replacing the gasket.
2) Install the O-ring P-10 on the coupling pipe connected with the pump head cover.
3) Replace the O-ring taking care not to damage the O-ring when inserting the coupling pipe. (2
locations on both sides per piece)

∗ Before replacing the O-ring, clean the O-ring groove of the connection pipe and the
connection pipe mounting hole. Install the cover according to the procedure for replacing the
gasket. To replace consumables, do not close the cover but refer to the item of replacing each
portion.
