<Replacing the Z-motors of the even-numbered shafts>
1)
Remove the amplifier of the θ axis origin sensor from the DIN rail.
2)
Remove the cable fixing on the side of the Z motor cable stay.
3) Remove the motor connector from the relay connector of the Z motor cable stay.
4) ★ Remove the connector of the Z motor relay cable from the Zθ driver board.
5) Remove the Z-motor cable stay.
6) Remove the motor mounting screws (4 pcs.) to remove the motor together with the pulley.
7) Assemble the removed parts and the new motor in the reverse procedure.
8) Adjust the belt tension as described in <Procedure for adjusting the belt tension>.
* Set a microphone in the aperture of the motor mounting part (on the lower side) and make
the tension measurement.
9)
After assembling the parts and the new motor, obtain the necessary MS parameters again.
