before checking or servicing the equipment.

Air valve is stuck or dirty.
Check ball is severely worn and
wedged in seat or manifold.
Check valve ball is severely wedged
into seat due to overpressurization.
Clogged dispensing valve .
Leak detector has activated a shut-
down solenoid.
Clogged suction line.
Sticky or leaking check balls.
Ruptured diaphragm.
Restricted exhaust.
Loose suction line.
Ruptured diaphragm.
Loose inlet manifold, damaged seal
between manifold and fluid cover, or
damaged gaskets.
Loose sanitary clamp.
Damaged or worn gasket.
Misalignment of inlet/outlet hose or
pipe.
Use of incorrect air cover gaskets
results in misalignment.

• Check all possible problems and causes before
disassembly.
