Modbus TCP Error Codes

The following error codes may be returned by the Modbus TCP server.

1 Illegal Function
2 Illegal Data Address The data address received in the query is not a valid address in the MODBUS
3 Illegal Data Value
4 Slave Device Failure An unrecoverable error occurred while server attempted to perform
6 Slave device Busy
