The process data are the variables which can be continuously observed on the monitor or on the oscillo-
scope.

5.11 Status information

Each W.E.St. device with serial interface provides system and application oriented status information. If us-
ing the WPC those can be found realized as virtual LEDs in the monitor view. Green coloured are messages
about the common readiness, yellow marked are defined states including being within the monitoring win-
dows and the red ones are error messages. Moving the mouse marker on one of these LEDs a relating help
text will be displayed. The following pictures show the view in the different version of the WPC software. As
example the SSI sensor error is active in order to visualize the difference between active and inactive ones.
