Operation
enhanced buffered write words EW
An attempt is made until successful, to write <WordNum> 32-bit words to the
address <WordAddr>. When successful a status 0 is sent. If there is no tag or a
tag leaves then a status 5 is sent. The command remains running.

Executing this command on more than one address will result in data collision.
