Exhaust Manifold
Use anti-seize compound on contact surface of nuts, bolts and screws when
reassembled exhaust system components
Step 1. All screws
Step 2. Tighten bolts 1, 4, 5, 8, 9, 12 in
order
Step 3. Tighten bolts 3, 2, 7, 6, 11, 10, 1,
4, 5, 8, 9, 12 in order
Cooling Duct Cover
Tighten screws in the order indicated to
5 ± 1.5 Nm (3.5 ± 1 lb-ft)
5 ± 1.5 Nm (7.5 ± 1 ft-lb)
48 ± 8 Nm (35 ± 6 ft-lb)
24±4 Nm (18±3 lb-ft)
